I would like to know how to loosen the password policy for a particular Operator ID that our client utilize.
Because they wouldn’t like to change the particular account password.
How can I realize it?

Please follow below mentioned steps to exclude operator from security policies.
Configure → Org & Security → Authentication → Security Policies.
In security policies landing page bottom you would be having an option to add operators to whom all security policies configuration should not be applicable.

So, if I add a particular Operator ID on “Exclusion list of operator IDs”, can I loosen password expiring date for the account?

Yes, if you add any operator I’d in exclusion list then the system security configuration will not be applicable for those ID’s..
System will never force those ID’s user’s to change the password automatically..
