We have requirement that for operator created for health check, the password should not expire.
So we want to know how to bypass password policy for particular operator.
We got below post on Pega support. But when we did add health check operator I’d in exclusion list , the password still got expired in 30 days.

@MadhuriM5500 What you are trying to do is not possible OOTB.
To exclude an operator from security policies, you can follow these steps: Go to Configure → Org & Security → Authentication → Security Policies. In the security policies landing page at the bottom, you will find an option to add operators to whom all security policies configuration should not be applicable. However, please note that the exclusion list doesn’t exclude the users listed from all the policies and it is specific only to the “Operator disablement policy”.
The exclusion list only applies to the policy - not cancelling all security completely.
