How to get values in Hot Offers configuration Tab for Total Investment, Total Units accepted and Total Revenue.

We updated marketing cost and customer cost in action configuration tab and also we tried by accepting the offer but value is not updating in Hot offers configuration Tab.

To get values in the Hot Offers configuration tab for Total Investment, Total Units accepted, and Total Revenue, you need to ensure that the actions associated with the Hot Offers issue are properly configured and activated.

  1. Make sure you have created an Issue named Hot Offers in Next-Best-Action Designer. The Issue name must be Hot Offers with exact spelling and plural form for the feature to work.
  2. Create an Action associated with the Hot Offers Issue. Hot Offers actions can be created in Next-Best-Action Designer or in 1:1 Operations Manager. The Hot Offers landing page will be automatically populated with actions associated with the Hot Offer issue.
  3. Fill in the Marketing Cost and Customer Cost attributes to benefit fully from Hot Offers monitoring feature.
  4. Activate the selected Hot Offer. If you have 1:1 Operations Manager deployed, activate Hot Offer in Business Operations Environment (BOE) by promoting revision to production stage. If you do not have 1:1 Operations Manager deployed, Hot Offer actions activate immediately.
  5. Monitor them in the Hot Offers landing page. Once you activate selected actions, the values for Total Investment, Total Units accepted, and Total Revenue should be updated accordingly.

I fallowed all above steps but still i am not getting any values in Hot Offers Tab.
