How to download the report for broken queue items in Queue processor with the exception reason

I don’t find an option to download the report, while viewing queue processor Broken queue items under Actions menu.

We need to report the cause of each exceptions to customer and currently I am not able to pull the report with Exception reason for the broken queue items. I am using Pega version 24.1.

Note: I have already configured the roles PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator, PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver & PegaRULES:SysAdm4 in my Accessgroup.

@Surendar Have you looked into the Predictive Diagnostic Center? I am not sure if it has exactly the report that you are looking for (or not), but it can report the exceptions with broken queue items, and there is plenty of information and training available online.
