How to create SLA Using Activity or OOTB rule.

Hi, I have an existing assignment with an associated SLA, and I have cloned this assignment with unique details. Now, I want to create another SLA for this cloned assignment using either a specific activity or an out-of-the-box (OOTB) rule.

Are there any OOTB rules available for creating a new SLA, or is there another method for achieving this?

Hi @Karthik.MG: Can you help us to understand what do you mean by cloning of assignment? Is this in the design time? If so you can add a new SLA rule to the assignment in the design time.
