I do not see the option in case type setting to enable temporary work object creation until persist case shape is used in Infinity’26?
Does anyone has knowledge about this?
I believe Pega has depreciated the option to create a temporary work object. Which is something we also want to do.
@NabanitaN16657990 it was deprecated 8.4 or 8.5 from memory.
As @MarcCheong , this was deprecated in 8.X versions.
If users abandon the process, use Withdraw/Cancel statuses.
For data collection scenarios that do not require a case, prefer a Data Instance First approach instead.
