Temporary case creation in pega

Hello

In pega constellation, temporary case creation is deprecated and we have option to check the “Create temporary case that is not saved until a ‘Persist case’ step is reached”. If we click on it and launch the respected case type, its throwing error like “Pega Internal Error , please connect with Administrator”.

Please suggest me if we have any different approach to create temporary case.

Hi @LakshmideepikaK ,

Temporary case creation is only supported in Traditional UI. The same does not apply for Pega Constellation.
