the documentation online does not go into details that far when it is about PremBridge. Can you support me with more detailed technical Information about how it works?

@PhilipShannon Sorry I probably need to be more specific. Can you tell me what data is transferred through the PremBridge connection? Example: I want to use the Messaging AI feature (Messaging AI | Pega Academy). Will there be any message data transferred to the pega cloud (through PremBridge)? Background: I need to find out if it is compliant with our client’s privacy policy.

By default, it will send the primary fields, Work history, field level auditing fields marked in your case type. You can control by configuring the data sources at the case type level.
Please note: it will NOT send any PII data to GenAI
