How ChatGPT is utilized to enhance the GenAi capability in Pega?
How can organizations confidently leverage AI technologies while safeguarding their customers’/firm sensitive data when using Pega GenAI to create a Pega application with data sent to an external ChatGPT system, considering the significant data security challenges it may introduce, especially in the highly regulated banking and finance industry?
@AKSHAY Gen AI is development capability to speed up , automate the workflow faster.
Its not an AI which is being plugged in for a customer workflow to take decisions. so no impact on customer data. this is for development region , citizen developer centric feature not for production.

Will Pega maintain its connection to an external Chat GPT server to retrieve information, regardless of the environment type, even during development (Dev)?
How about an AI chat that can summarize customer chat conversations using GenAI capabilities?
How does Pega ensure that the connection to Chat GPT is limited or restricted or not available in environments other than Dev?
Is it accurate to say that these features are exclusive to Pega applications hosted on Pega Cloud, and not available for private cloud and on-premise environments?
@AKSHAY As @gasharma correctly points out, Pega GenAI is only for our cloud clients.
While the GenerativeAIProviders application lets you experiment with Generative AI using your own API keys to connect to third-party Generative AI providers, the only officially supported way of leveraging Pega GenAI is following the instructions provided in our docs.pega.com documentation.
As stated by our engineering team, we may remove this application at any point in a future release.
