After Pega Robotics installation , observed field values are not picking up
Is there any setting we need to enable to pick up the field values
Please see the attached screenshots
@Srikanth Gaddamanugu It would appear that there is some disconnect between your bot and Pega Robot Manager. Does your bot register successfully? Does it receive the heartbeat periodically (you can tell by examining the RuntimeLog)?
@ThomasSasnett Thomas my question is why the field values are not picked up and display the correct message instead of key .
I have stopped the bots and we the know the reason for that .
Could you let me know why its not picking the field values .
For example , portal displays -
pyThresholdByNotificationType instead of

@Srikanth Gaddamanugu , not an obvious one. Field values are rules resolved by Platform engine. If these are not displayed correctly it could be due to an issue with the configuration that prevents the rules from being resolved correctly or an issue with the general health of the system that generates an error halting the screen processing.
Any other symptoms in your system?, are these the only elements that are not displaying correctly?
Did you check the logs for any errors or alerts that may provide a hint on what might be failing?

@AngelHermira : After analysis with pega team , we found installation is not proper and field values are missing in database . After reimporting the same Robot Manager from Marketplace , everything is working fine .
