During challenge I am not able to get “Add Criteria” option in “Outbound Customers”
The “Add Criteria” option is not visible because the Outbound Customers starting population is currently opened in read-only or preview mode. To fix this, open the Outbound Customers record in edit mode from Dev Studio or the correct configuration screen. Make sure you are inside the “Starting population” section of the audience definition. Once the rule is editable, the configuration panel will fully load. Then the “Add Criteria” button will appear under the criteria section. After this, you can define the required conditions without any issue.
