We are trying a run an outbound campaign for an email channel, however, we are not able to receive emails from it.
- We have configured a segment for it, but the population count is not getting populated properly.
- In the campaign, we have configured segment, action(internal email treatment), and action flow as a source. After running that campaign the below-mentioned error occurs.
Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = “Rule-Decision-Strategy”, pyClassName = “PegaMKT-Data-Customer”, pyPurpose = “OfferNotificationP13022”.
Has anyone faced similar kind of issues, please suggest any solution for the same.
@GurleenK2453 Can you check and confirm if the Context Dictionary was saved successfully? Was this working earlier and were any recent changes in the Context dictionary or anywhere else in the application?
@RaghuShankhawaram Yes, the context dictionary is saved successfully and there were no such changes made to the application.
@GurleenK2453 can you try flushing data page D_CDHSubjectDictionary with param (DictionaryName) value as ‘Customer’ and check once ?
@HarishReddyKantaReddy I tried flushing the above-mentioned data page with the param (DictionaryName) value as ‘Customer’ and when I ran it afterward, I found Account and Customer under SubjectClasses.
I am still facing the same issue. Has anyone faced similar kind of issues? Please suggest any solution for it.
