Hi,

I have two doubts regarding the 2nd user story

  1. “The fifteen and thirty-year fixed-rate offers are for new mortgages only”, but in the solution this seems not to have been taken into account. Is or is not a condition?
  2. “The customers who meet the following two conditions can receive home loan offers: The customers are over 18 years old and The annual income of the customers is over USD10000.” This seems to apply to all actions in the group. How can we decide to place them in all actions section or customer section?

Hi Juana,

  1. It is a condition that must be defined in the engagement policy, but it is no more part of the exercise in the latest version. Thanks for bringing it to our notice. We fixed the user story description accordingly.

  2. For the mission exercise scenario, it doesn’t really make a difference if you place them in either of the sections (All actions and customer actions). Because all the mortgage actions defined in the exercise are customer context configured. However, the recommended approach is to add those conditions to Customer actions. The conditions added in the All actions section will be applied to both Customer actions and Account actions (if any).
