Question regarding "End-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub Implementation " mission

In “End-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub Implementation” Pega Academy mission, in “Use Case - Defining customer engagement policies” challenge section, under “Acceptance criteria” it is mentioned following criteria should met.

Engagement policies for the following groups are defined:

  1. Retention – Mobile group
  2. Selling – Upsell group
  3. Selling – Cross Sell group.

In the “Detailed Tasks” section , I couldn’t find any task related to Retention – Mobile group.

Can anyone explain what I missed here?

Hi Samapti,

The Early Upgrade Special is a retention offer. You can validate this when importing the CSV file into Customer Decision Hub.

Also, the common requirements should apply to the retention group.

  1. Inactive subscriptions of an account must not be eligible to receive any actions. Use the Is active subscriber field at the subscription level for the eligibility condition.
  2. Prospect customers must not be eligible to receive any actions. Use the Is customer field at the account level for the eligibility condition.
  3. Only individuals (not an account or household) can receive subscription actions. Use the Customer type field at the account level for the eligibility condition.
