When I add an entry criteria (either profile or behavioural) to a journey stage,
Even though the customer is eligible but still the action is getting filtered out.
The action is not displaying in response.
When I verified through the CPV the action is filtered at" Journey stage is in’t eligible " or “Excluded by proposition filter”
how to resolve this?
