CSSA 8.7 not yet updated in my pega profile

I had taken pega CSSA 8.7 on 9-02-2022, it’s been 11days, still I don’t see the pega certification in my profile.

Please someone help me through this

I have completed my PEGA CSSA 8.7 Certification on 26th Feb 2023, it’s more than 8 business days now, still the certification badge is not reflected in my pega profile. I have raised a ticket for this but still no response.

Could you please help me in this.
