Hello Team,

In Constellation can we restrict the work party widget access like

  • Few role members alone should have access to create new work party.
  • Few role members alone should have access to remove (or) update already added work party.

Yes you can control access to specific functionalities of a work party widget, such as creating, updating, or removing work parties, by leveraging role-based access control (RBAC) and configuring the UI elements accordingly.

Thanks for your input, my need is to hide the option itself based on role.

Not controlling it via RBAC (or) ABAC.

We can’t customize the widgets in Constellation (in Infinity 23.1.2 and 24.1 versions).

The potential solution is to build a custom DX component to configure the buttons based on the roles.

@MarijeSchillern Similar question from me: what is the recommended approach to disable actions button in attachments widget based on condition ? Currently, there is no such configuration option in the attachment widget parameters.
