Constellation - Remove the OOTB Edit Local Action

Hello,

As the title says, I’m in a Insight and I need to launch only the Action I created, but I need to remove the unuseful Edit Action, but it doesn’t seems possible. Is there a way to do it?

The Edit action is configured as a case-wide action on the Optional Actions screen under the Workflow tab in the Case Designer. From there, you can remove it.

Hi Marc,

I need to remove Compose email local action. However, I can’t find it from Optional Actions under workflow of a case type.

Is there any way to remove it?

I’m not familiar with “Compose email” as a standard OOTB local action in Constellation. Could you clarify where exactly you are seeing this action?

Also, is this a pure Constellation application, or is it built on top of a Pega application such as Customer Service?

Yes, the application is built-on customer service. I have found the configuration setting and I disabled it.
