I can see only the “Follow” action. I have already added case-wide actions in the case type configuration, but they are not being displayed.
Hello @DhanushkaU
Please ensure that you check the below,
- Ensure that from App studio you are able to see the case wide actions which you have configured under the Optional actions. Hope you have added them from App Studio itself.
- If you have created the flow actions manually from dev studio, ensure that they are marked as relevant records and see to it that they are visible on the case type rule and also from app studio as mention in 1
- Ensure that your flow action does not have any Required conditions in Security tab which can return false and block the visibility of the local action.
- Could be a cache issue as well. Clear cache and login again to check.
Hope with the above checks you should be able to find out the root cause.

JC
Thank you for the reply. In my scenario, the issue occurs only with cases created by queue processors. Manually created cases are working as expected.
@DhanushkaU That should give you some clue about the roles and privileges given to the background processor’s context.
Please check if the flow action has any privileges or when conditions attached to it which is stopping it from seeing the flow action.
Also check the access group and roles of the user who is logging into the system and viewing this case as you have shown in the screenshot.

JC
Please check the case type rule and the when condition used for this Local action. Try removing each of the conditions and try to find out which condition is restricting the access for that particular local action. Then you will be able to figure out which is restricting the access.
