Hi, I have not yet received my certificate. I had my assessment on 27th March, 2023.
Hi @sharimrahman: Firstly it is not suggested to share your scorecard in community as it contains personal info.
In general, it will take 5 business days for your certificate to be visible in your PEGA profile. In some cases it may exceed it. Please see academy FAQ here.
If this is the case after waiting few more days, please reach account support team using the support option available here.
Please make sure email id used in your pearson account and pega account are same.
