Case ID hyperlink is not coming in insights

Hi All,

We created a new feedback data table, which will store rating, comments and case id. Also we have created an insight rule for this data class. Now the issue is in explore data, case id link is not coming. Could anyone of you please let us know if there are any specific configuration changes or updates required to enable a clickable hyperlink for the Case ID field in Insight rule ?

Hi @AnushaP1329 , if case id belongs to same data table then bringing pzInsKey (case pzinskey)in data table result may show hyperlink in data table based view . i have not checked for insights. try setting pzInsKey also in result.

I hope you can click on each column 3 dots → Format → Hyperlink view → Configure the View

Hyperlink is not coming under Format, i can see only Text, Work Status, Rich text, Email, Phone and operator
