In Insight drill‑down results, only the Work ID and Label opens the Full Page View. How can I make other fields clickable to open the same Full Page View? Is this supported or restricted to the key column?
@RaghavenderReddy this will be the primary fields on the case type.
Which version are you using? There are some changes over the version to make this more configurable/specific but depends what version you are on.

Ah good, on top of Primary Fields you have two additional things available to you then:
- Enhancements for viewing the underlying records of Insights (your ask)
- Support for additional details about objects in Insights (avoid the drill down all together, build a custom view)
Thank you for sharing those links they are helpful i have checked in my version it is not showing a option Object Link value in the Format options to link Open the Full Case View for custom fields. but i can see it in 26 version.
I believe you’re checking from App Studio Preview mode. Could you follow the below steps to configure?
App Studio → Explore Data → Insights → Format
