If you can’t access the Pega link despite AD Group access, try these steps:
Check VPN & Network – Ensure you’re connected to the corporate network.
Use Incognito Mode – Clear browser cache or try a different browser.
Verify AD & SSO Access – Confirm with IT that your account is mapped correctly.
Try Direct Login – If SSO fails, check if you can log in with a username & password.
Contact IT or Pega Admins – Request verification of your Operator ID & access settings.
