When I try to Delegate Queue Processor rule I don’t see Delegate option in Actions dropdown, but I see for SLA.
Can we Delegate Queue Processors or not ?
Anyone help me on this query.
No, its not possible to delegate queue processors.
Hi @KiranKumarLekkala, You cannot delegate Queue Processor.
Instead of delegation, you can save the QP to the production ruleset which is unlocked. With the help of production support team, this can be modified according to the business needs. If the QP rule can be edited by only specific people, you can have some privilige in that respective access group.
Queue Processor rules cannot be delegated in Pega as they are technical rules requiring advanced configuration. For business users to adjust behaviors controlled by Queue Processors, consider using more business-friendly rule types like decision tables or data type, which can be delegated
