Blueprint AI Assistant enhancements
Area: Authoring
Capability: AI Assistant
Overview
The Blueprint AI Assistant continues to expand — this update adds live preview theme control, SLA configuration support, and full Assignment routing coverage through conversational interaction.
What’s new
- Apply theme changes in the live preview — Describe your organisation’s branding and the assistant maps it to font, color, corner radius, and spacing settings automatically; reset to the default theme at any time with a single conversational request (brand color is retained on reset); currently supported properties: font size, font family, brand color, color palette, corner radius, and spacing
- Support for SLAs — Define target and maximum completion times for Assignment Steps, and configure escalation actions (urgency increase, notification, assignment transfer) through conversation
- Support for all Assignment routing options — Configure Assignment Steps with any available routing target: current user, manager of the current user, Persona, or a user reference stored in the Case Data Model

Create fields directly in Assignment Steps
Area: Authoring
Capability: Assignment Steps
Overview
Blueprint now allows you to create new Case fields directly within Assignment Step configuration — no need to leave the Step to update the Data Model, keeping your design flow uninterrupted.
What’s new
- Create new Case fields directly from within Collect Information or Approve/Reject Step configuration dialog boxes
- New fields are saved to the Case Data Model and immediately available for use in the Step
- The Create Field dialog prompts for a field name, type, and optional description — then returns you to your Step without losing context
- Eliminates the need to context-switch between Step configuration and the Data Model during workflow design

Business rule extraction from uploaded documents
Area: Authoring
Capability: Blueprint AI Assistant
Overview
Blueprint now automatically extracts business rules from uploaded documents, translating written requirements directly into Case logic and helping teams avoid rework while keeping workflows consistent with source requirements.
What’s new
- Blueprint analyses uploaded documents and automatically generates decision tables based on the business rules it detects
- Generated decision tables are associated with the relevant Case Type, and any missing fields required by the decision table are created automatically
- Business rules that apply across all Case Types (for example, a mandatory confirmation email) are applied globally rather than to a single workflow
- Supports early alignment between business requirements and Case design, reducing manual interpretation and rework
