Authorization issue while Integrating Knowledge Buddy with Pega (UI KIT) Knowledge buddy component.
Error: com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.OutboundMappingException: Caught Exception while creating OAuth2 client
Steps are followed as per below document :
I don’t see any issue, when the same OAuth2 are configured in postman. see the attachment (Question API).
@Vikky22 as per this solved question Error while using Pega Knowledge Buddy Gadget (Constellation - Community Edition) can you please clarify that:
a) You are licensed
b) provisioned your own hardware in order to use buddy
If you are licensed, please file a ticket with support via the MSP and provide the INC id here so we can help track it.
Note: Buddy ONLY works on a Cloud-3 instance. There is no other place to install a buddy and have it supported.
