As part of exploring, I am trying to integrate Pega Knowledge Buddy with my Pega Application.
I have imported PegaKnowledgeGadget 08.25 component into my pega application and created a sample Knowledge Buddy.
But I am unable to get Client details of the Knowledge Buddy application to create a OAuth rule since I don’t have access to Dev Studio for the Pega Knowledge Buddy application in academy.
Can someone please help me in getting Dev Studio access for the Pega Knowledge Buddy application?
@PRUTHVIRAJ: did you create the sample Knowledge Buddy through an Academy environment as well?
If you cannot access the Dev Studio of your Knowledge Buddy to retrieve your OAuth details, you will indeed not be able to set up connectivity from your implementation application.
I can’t provide an environment with KB on it for which you can reach the OAuth details.
If you want to experiment with the functioning of Knowledge Buddy, I recommend using the built-in Playground that you will find in the Buddy portal. This will allow you to ask questions and see the full response, without needing to set connectivity from an Implementation Application
@strat1 : I was able to connect with Pega Knowledge Buddy application to my pega application by using the connection details from Pega Customer Service application(which was used in Pega Knowledge Buddy academy exercise).
