Assignment Not Opening from Interaction screen when multiple service cases are there

While adding multiple services cases to Customer Service Portal in an Interaction, On click of the another we get an link to open an assignment (Please refer the attachment) on click it should open an that particular assignment , But on click it shows nothing it stays on the same screen.

Section name :pyAssignmentListGadget

When opening the workobject independently its opens, But from the interaction screen In Customer service It doesn’t it stays on the same screen.

Issue primary reason description:

Client updated the pega platform to 874 but the CRM is still on 8.4 version.

Explanation description:

  • CSR not able to click on the assignment link when clicking on the service case and review harness is opened.
  • We verified the configurations and the sections are similar to OOTB rules.
  • When checked the pyAssignmentslabel control , it is pointing to 08-04-01 version , but client is on 874 version.
  • So we verified the CRM version from the data-admin-product-framework and they are pointing to 8.4 version.

Both the pega platform and pega customer service/frameowkrs should be on the same version .

Unless noted otherwise, there is a 1:1 dependency between the platform patch release version and the application release version
