Archival of A Particular Case Type

So i have changed the pyDefault of Data-Retention-Policy class and like now the archival i have set to cases which are either “Resolved-” or “Open-” category now the thing is this pyDefault will be applied in all Case-type’s where archival is enabled , but i want this functionality or pyDefault for a particular case type not all , for other case types it should follow the normal archival of “Resolved-” cases only.

Can someone guide me how to achieve this?

It should be applied wherever you deleted this instance under Data-Retention-Policy.

  1. App Explorer - enter Data-Retention-Policy Class

  2. Double-click the Data-Retention-Policy class to open a list of records for the class.

  3. Double-click the record for the Case Type.

  4. Click the Delete button.

    Deleting the record disables Case archiving for the Case Type.

But that would disable the case archival for any other case type right, what i want is like i want archive all resolved cases of let’s say Case A and no other status other than resolved and for Case B i want all resolved and Open- cases to be archived .
