We have a requirement to Preserve certain cases and exclude them from the archive and purge process.
Is there a way to achieve this in an OOTB way. One of the workarounds is not resolve such cases but that is not something business would like.
Can this be accomodated in a future pega release as I am sure many clients would have the same requirement for preserving certain cases. May be an OOTB preservation indicator.
@AnkujJ44 We stopped supporting Purge and Archive Wizard for Pega Cloud from 8.6 and for on-premise clients and cloud-choice clients from 8.8.
But we’re advising the on-premise users and cloud-choice clients to start using Case Archival feature (the new archival functionality) from 8.7.
