Issue with Case Archival and Purging in Pega

In Pega, during archival and purging, some eligible cases are not being deleted from the system. Why is this happening?

It appears that the property pyResolvedTimestamp is missing from the cases that are not being deleted. This issue seems to be consistent across all similar cases.

I recommend adding the pyResolvedTimestamp property to at least one of the affected cases and checking whether it is then picked up by the archival process. If this resolves the issue, you’ll need to ensure that all impacted cases are updated accordingly.
