We are accessing pega URL from an external system on click of a case ID. In pega 8.6 we were using pyMobileSnapStart activity which has been deprecated in pega 8.8.1 and it is not working now. Can anyone suggest what steps needs to be followed for implementing the same.
@swathib5076 You need to Use Url mapping configuration because pymobilesnapstart is deprecated and no longer supported.
This feature is supported for SPA portals (CaseWorker portal) and it is not supported for Multidocument portals(CaseManager portal).
