Open case of different pega application from our current application

Hi,

We have a requirement where we have to open a case of application A from within application B.

The case is already created and we have the information of the case(pzInsKey).

Already tried using pyMobileSnapStart, it does work but there is inconsistency while using this.

Wondering what other methods are available for use.

All inputs are greatly appreciated.

@VaibhavS4931 have you explored Process Fabric? This is one of my favorite ways to combine work from different applications and even entire (Pega) systems - check out the interwoven worklist feature.

@VaibhavS4931 - Can try using the mashup feature of try using the URL mappings concept. For URL mappings refer to below link.
