For our application, there is need to archive the data. As per archival strategy, data from Pega database is moved to Pega Cloud File Storage System. I would like to understand if space allocated for any application is Pega Database storage OR does it include space for file storage system as well? For e.g., if we have 100 GB allocated on Pega cloud, does this mean, we can store date till 100 GB in Pega database OR 100 GB of space includes data in Pega database and Pega File Storage as well?
Also, from archival strategy document, data from file storage gets deleted as per retention policy. If we do not configure retention policy, after how much time period data gets deleted permanently from file storage?
Pega cloud file storage has an initial additional 500GB of storage aside from the what is provided in your Pega database. You can buy more data at 500GB increments as per your requirement. You can get more info here.

So, it seems from the documentation that, we get 500 GB of file storage by default when we buy Pega cloud production subscription and this file storage can be used across all the environments.

Also, it seems that data in Pega file storage is not deleted automatically (unless data retention policy is defined)
