Ask about store pega database backup file to AWS S3 Storage

Hi Team,

My company has a policy to store daily database backup files on AWS S3 because the retention period provided by Pega is too short. We need to retain these backups in our storage for a longer duration.

I have the following questions:

  1. Can Pega Cloud automatically store backup files in our AWS S3 storage?
  2. If an issue arises in the future and we need to restore Pega from our AWS S3 storage, would Pega support such a restoration process?
