In archiving documentation it is mentioned that “Important: You cannot use a different file storage repository for applications that run in Pega Cloud deployments.”
Why does Pega Cloud not allow using a premise repository as secondary storage for archived data? Considering the policy restrictions on keeping archived cases in Pega S3, what are the alternative solutions to move the data to a premise file storage or database?
