Adding a user to Pega Portal

As an admin, how do I add a new member to the portal so that can track tickets submitted.

It sounds like you’re refrencing the My Support Portal ticketing system. Here’s a link to our MySupport Portal FAQS. Look for the accordion that says “Who from my company, can interact with Pega Support”. I believe that is where your answer will be.
