Reagrding Pega support adminsitrator

Hi team,

I and my team created pega accounts, but we are unable to create ticket in pega support portal

When to login to the support portal it says “In order to create a support ticket, you must be added as a contact to a client or partner account. Please reach out to a support administrator to be added.”

Can anyone help us with this?

Login with your Pega IDs into msp.pega.com. You’ll see the list of support admins present. You can connect with any of them to get you added.

@NikhilJ17442114 the error provides the suggestion - you need to check internally inside your organization who your account admin is.
