What is section in Pega?

I am a beginner in Pega. And just want to get more information about sections in Pega. And how we can relate

sections with other programming languages.

In programming language u can relate it to HTML and CSS where we build the frontend UI for the websites. where we have a button and A layout to display content etc. In pega many of these components comes built in where we have to just do a drag and drop according to our needs. In directly no need to writ any HTML , just make you of components to build screens
