User should have privilege only to work on local action not on any flow action in the casetype

Hi,

We have requirement where for a Persona, only local action allowed to accessed not the main flowaction.

I tried by setting WriteInstances to 0 , and added privilege in a location action alone. It threw error.

Setting AllFlowaction(0) with WriteInstances to 5 still allowed to access main flowaction.

Would Appreciate any help .
