US-1007: Create a business report not getting marked as completed (Low-Code App Builder Extended)

Hi,

I have added Report Category as ‘Account opening requests’ and added report ’ Number of account openings by state’ under the category as mentioned in the user story. But still this User Story is not getting marked as completed. What could be possible solution for this problem?

Logout and clear the cache of your browser.

Login and try to review every step and resolve the issues if any.

Resetting PEGA instance resolved the issue for me. Got required help from CDPSupport team. Thanks for guidance.
