The final exercise completed, which allowed me to access to final quiz. However, the date didn’t populate when the exercise was verified, resulting not showing as completed.

Logoff and login and check again, otherwise you might need to perform the compulsory modules again. Else raise a ticket with Pega Academy and let them mark it from backend.
I tried Logoff and login but not updating and I rechecked the compulsory modules it’s in completion state, raised the ticket but no reply please help me to resolve this issue.
Please wait for few days for the ticket to be updated.
Still I’m facing the issue, can you give the steps to raise the request and please check with the backend .
