In Pega Academy, I have completed my Low-Code App Builder Extended course 100% and passed the test multiple times. However, it does not show that I have completed this course.

Did you try to clear your browser cache and refresh?

@MarijeSchillern Yep have done all of that and using chrome. The FAQs are not helpful. I have watched the video step by step and have all green check marks.

Hi, I have completed the the designing a case cycle challenge in the business architecture course.
My instructions have all green check marks yet is says incomplete?
I have redone this exercise 3 times, I don’t know what the issue is?

This issue is usually caused by security settings on a corporate network or local computer, VPN, geo-locking, or proxy server issues.

Can you mark ‘Accept Solution’ to the reply which allowed you to get to the ‘Complete’ status final solution? That will close this thread and help out other users why may encounter the same problem in the future.
