Upgraded to 8.8.1 - Job Scheduler - When we change the scheduler duration, next run is not getting updated

1 JOB Schedulers are not running with the new time configured in scheduler rule under 8.8.1 PEGA version.

2 Next run and executions are not updating once scheduler time completes with new configuration.

After creating DSS it started working fine
