Unable to update the scheduled task

I am unable to update the scheduled task. It’s opening a blank screen when i try to edit/update the schedule task.

I tried to update it from opening the Pega-ScheduledTask-Reporting instances from designer studio and Report browser as well. Both ways it’s not working.

@nagarjunab5127 Can you trace and check the logs if you face any issues in Opening Schedule in Reporting browser. You can also try to Open pzGetScheduledTasks Report available under Pega-ScheduledTask-Reporting class. Run the report you will see list of scheduled tasks . Click on yours one and Click Update and now update your time and date and click submit to make this change.

I don’t see any option to update when i opened it from pzGetScheduledTasks report. Here is the screenshot for the same.

One more thing, I don’t see any issues in tracer and logs as well.

@nagarjunab5127 Please click on that status it will open the scheduled window like one i attached. There you can see that update option.

I did the same and unable to see the Update option. Refer the attached screenshots in my previous response for the same.

Apart from this, W are unable to update it from Designer Studio as well by opening the class instance. Am i missing any configuration?

Now click on New for each row and check it opens your correct scheduled report. if yes you will see the below

@nagarjunab5127 Then can you try to create a New Report with above screenshot configuration. So that you can able to open those scheduled tasks

I am using PEGA 8.4. pzGetScheduledTasks is a list view from Pega-LP-Reports:08-01-01 ruleset. As i mentioned in my previous response and screenshots, i am unable to see the update option. If i open the class instance record then able to see the update option but it’s giving the blank screen only.

Here is resolution for this issue -

Copy the Review harness for Pega-ScheduledTask-Reporting into your application ruleset and replace the Show harness action on the Update button with an Update action (Add an action → All actions → Process work → Update)
