Unable to save datapage error when trying to create a case via case manger/worker

Folks,

Saved data pages are not accessible by case managers/workers by default ? Or am I missing any configuration ?

When I try to create a case from case manager portal getting following error

(logged in as Manager, portal is set to pyCaseManager7, Pega Ver 8.4)

Error

Failed to save data page ‘D_XXXXXSavable’ : Unable to save datapage

Can you share the stack trace from the log so we can see the error details?
