Could you please check the pega rules log and tracer to identify the exact cause.
As per the screenshot, seems there is an issue in loading the d page itself. Please check the source configuration and error handling done properly or not.
@MohamedS7097 Also check, whether have u passed the correct Primary Key for savable DataPage.
