Unable to register for PCSSA due to prerequisites problem

I have logged in with my new Pearson account and I’m not able to register for my Pega CSSA exam.

It is throwing me an error (mentioned below)

Pegasystems Inc policy requires that a prerequisite exam must have been passed in order to register for exam PEGAPCSSA80V1_2019.

Despite me having already cleared my CSA exam.

I don’t remember my previous Pearson login credentials, can anyone please help me with this?

Please contact Pearson VUE Customer Support, as this is likely due to having multiple Pearson VUE accounts. When you register for the PCSSA exam, you need to use the same Pearson VUE account that you used for your passed CSA exam. You cannot create a new Pearson VUE to register for the PCSSA exam.
