Can you try clearing the browser cache and trying to open it? or try to open an Incognito window?

Looks like your CSS is messed up. Was thy recent update in your skin rule? Any additional style sheets or something else modified?

@SohamM95 Thanks for the reply, there was not any recent updated in skin rule from my side. Reinstalled the Pega and imported the application, it worked.
