Unable to login to My Trial pega Community Edition

Hello

On 24-12-2022 I started the 30-day My trial Pega Community edition. When I tried to continue the trial, I am unable to see the login page of the trial. And an error page is getting triggered.

Please consider this issue and do the needful.

I am not able to open My Trials Community Edition, When we are click continue to trial I am getting below error

Unable to authenticate my email address: No such Access Group: GymMembe:Authors for thread STANDARD
